Hi! ¡Hola! We’re Javier and Marielys — the husband-and-wife team behind Sorbos Co.

 

 

We started Sorbos as a family-run, purpose-driven coffee space to build meaningful connections and create a place where people feel welcome, seen, and inspired. Our faith is the heart behind everything we do — and we love sharing that through good coffee, honest community, and creative collaboration.

Javier is your barista — passionate about chess, coffee, and, above all, serving others because of God’s love in his life. We both believe in turning everyday moments into something sacred, and we’re honored every time someone chooses Sorbos as part of their story.

One of our favorite community events is Chess Night, where families and friends of all ages unplug, connect, and enjoy the moment — it’s simple, but powerful.
